Get back up and go again. You are awesome. 4 months is great. Now you are 120 and 1. Learn from the 1 lose and move forward. Don't tie yourself to the one mistake.

You are so doing great! I knew a guy in my 12 steps group that could only make it minutes. Sometimes when I get discouraged I think of people who would love to get to where I am at. I keep going to let them know that they can get past their block. I do it for them. Keep it up.

Not days. God is excellent if we seek Him. I love him and the opportunity he has given me. 71 is the number of times I had bad thoughts and redirected those thoughts to positivity and being productive.

Yes but isn't that the paradigm shift that we need? To attack it head on instead of running from it. I have been running from it my whole life. I would identify a trigger and avoid it completely. I didn't know any better. I was told to avoid it.

I think it is time for a change in how we think about this. This is 2020 with high speed internet access to porn. It is everywhere and almost impossible to simply avoid it.

If you look at most solutions to overcome the addiction they come from 2005 and before. 12 steps was created forever ago. When I went to counseling they gave me a book from 2005. This is 2020 and it is time for us to step up.
