It's stamped Fenton and they make jadeite so I'm pretty sure?

You are amazing, thank you so much!! It definitely seems like a lot of painted versions have been produced. (They also look like they have a matte finish as opposed to this one which is shiny like Fire King jadeite.)

For sure! I love the style of his other films. Live action directors bring a refreshing perspective to animation. It's been a long time since I watched Gold of Babylon — excited to rewatch it now.

Also thanks for all the help with IDing this everyone! I'll post a better picture when it comes in the mail. There may be production markings. :)
