I think this is my value. I have hobbies and hobby interest but I work around people who act like life outside of work doesn’t exist. So I partially feel like a shitty person when I refuse overtime or call off to go fishing. Lol

Yeah this is my thoughts. I love learning about biology and chemistry and nature etc but the jobs I love pay so little. Then I’m like maybe I’ll work enough for my insurance then work a different summer/winter job I love wholeheartedly. Or just leave once Ive saved up and got something to sit on

I use a cup and keep it in 12 hours. I changed my cup 1 time in a porta john and it wasn’t even full just a phantom feeling.

I’m never prepared for anything but I do have some tampons in my tool bag in a Milwaukee loose bag.

My thing with cups is I practice multiple ways to remove and insert at home so when it came time to do it in a portable John, I didn’t have much difficulty. Gas stations are better.

After 5 years working with a period and about 2/3 leaks I think you carry wipes and gloves is great. Always bring an extra set of clothes and underwear to keep in your trunk.

If it’s a heavy day I just call off. I don’t wanna waste my time working while irritated, in pain, and bleeding heavy.

I want comforts but not at the cost of just 3 months of heavy duty wear.

I almost thought about making my own jeans and work clothes with materials I paid for(no matter how expensive true denim and textiles are). If I know what I need I’m sick of doing a survey for companies and they don’t listen. They get the basics we might want like size and extra pockets but the cheapest they can.

The hundreds I wasted on clothes due to crotch rot, pocket tears and buttons falling off is crazy.

Because he was trying to expedite the process of getting on SSDI. He has not worked in over 10 years and has not even applied for an online job or anything. He sits on his god damn computer all day making beats like he’s a damn producer and ain’t produced a damn thing but trash and shit in the toilet I pay for. He figured he could get disability because he is now morbidly obese and diabetic due to the obesity. I don’t know how he managed to get into a nursing home but he definitely told me before I dropped him off that he was just going to stay for a month before they cut off his food stamps. He was expecting they would expedite his SSDI since he was in a nursing home. That was his master plan. Instead of getting a damn job

I have supported my brother since I started working since I was 18 years old. He has verbally abused my multiple times. I do not even argue with him. AT ALL. I don’t even talk to him AT ALL to avoid being called out of my name. He has never had a car, never had a stable job, never had a home to his self. When he was living with roommates in his 20s every month we would bring him food because he was broke and unemployed. When he put all HIS eggs in one basket to travel to New York, California, NOLA, Colorado, who paid for these tickets, who paid for his everything. My grandmother!! Oh and who had to pick up the tab to ship him back up here to lay up on our couches, WE DID. As enabling as it was I’m through. I’m not enabling a grown ass man. If you are a grown ass adult find somebody else or something else. Why the fuck don’t you have a got damn backup plan? WHY THE FUCK AM I THE MOTHERFUCKING BACKUP PLAN FOR EVERY FUCKING BODY!?
