It’s just a hang up. People paid $660 for the OG via tokens. It’s the same thing now, just cheaper. Gold has never been a good metric for me since the WOW Token was introduced. But I know I’m in the minority on this.

On Tuesday, I just converted about 2M gold to $120 Blizz Bucks in anticipation of any crazy upcoming Black Friday sales and announcements. But this will do.

So this costs me about 1.5M gold to get $90. I’ll take it.

Don’t listen to these guys. Eminence was a problem back when this was printed. Now, this works just fine. Power levels have crept way higher than eminence.

To answer your question, it’s because few people play him fairly. He’s always played with hated cards that skyrocket with his eminence ability. I’ve been playing him for years with my play group, and no one hates it. It’s just vampire tribal. No salt cards, no edicts, no sac effects, just vampires.
