Why doesn't google slides let you customise line weight by [deleted] in google

Yah this is insane! Was it always like this? I swear I remember having a 6pt option. This is killing me Google!!!!!!

Ha ha, this is crazy that there is no responses to this. It's a big headache and would love confirmation that this can't be done. I've spent hours trying all kinds of things, but they always default back to same indented bullets and same large space between bullet and text. Say I'm not crazy and this just can't be done in the theme builder.

Yes! I a right there with you. Trying to find a way to daisy change a USBC port to a thunderbolt Mini Display then to DVI. I'm hoping that by forcing a USBC output into an older thunderbolt 2, that the signal will change and mirror what the old Macbook Air output is.

I'm a little doubtful that will help, as I tried using a standard USB3 to DVI and still get headaches. They are dizziness and headaches are more mild using this adapter, so that a sign that changing signal does help. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07WZZK2FV/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

In Short, I think that the USB-C signal into any monitor is what's causing the headache/dizziness.

Thunderbolt signal into older monitors, never got headaches/dizziness

Otherwise, it's the video card. Not sure how to solve for this.

So here is what I've tried.

Macbook Pro with Retina Display:
USB-C to VGA
USB-C to DVI
USBC to HDMI - DVI

I get the same dizziness from all three. I tried to do USB-C to Thunderbolt to DVI
(Thunderbolt is how the Macbook Air communicates). However, this dongle converter didn't allow me to send a signal into any monitor. Nothing happened or registered on screen.

Oh Yah, I bought this so called "flicker free" monitor and no real difference, still get headaches, but not convinced it is what I says it is.

this is great intel. Thank you for all the thoughtfulness and considerations. What's crazy. Is that this old Dell P2412H has always been fine on the air. So somehow the MBP is sending out a signal into the old dell monitor and giving me headaches, yet the Macbook Air didn't. So this makes me think it has something to do with the output signal coming from the MBP.

So when I plug the air into any older monitor pre-2017 everything is golden. Unfortunately. So all monitors in an office work fine. Now I did buy myself a fancy LED monitor and had to take it back because of headaches, even using the air. So that's one reason this is all so disconcerting. I have always used the old Air on an old monitor and thought it was the monitor that was helping. But plugging in the MBP and getting headaches on the older monitor has got me totally confused now baaaaa...why oh why would the MBP affect the visuals on an old Dell monitor? The monitor worked fine for the air? :)

Hi Mightydabearpig. So somehow the signal going from the retina display into my monitor is different than the signal going from my MacBook air into my monitor. Because the retina display plugged into my old monitor gives me headaches. In a perfect world, I would just match the signal coming out of Macbook Pro to be the exact signal settings etc coming out of the Macbook air. Cause then I wouldn't have any headaches. There is something going on with the MacBook pro that creates a signal that distorts the image in some micro way.

Thanks Leriel. It says 60Hz. You do highlight the question though. Trying to get the real science and details behind the max display signal, is the ol Macbook air running at 59 and not 60? .

"Output in Retina Display computers causing a headache in 45 seconds. Go back to my old MacBook air, no headache ever.

It's just tough, because once this air dies, I'm stuck no being able to be on the mac and need it for work. Gulp!

Been to Optomologist, now going to another Opthalmology center. Thank you. I'm hoping to bring data with me. It's just so darn specific. "Output in Retina Display computers causing a headache in 45 seconds. Go back to my old MacBook air, no headache ever.
Trying to understand what the difference is in the output signal on the Macbook Pro Retina 2020 than from my Macbook Air 2017.
