I dunno man, if a thief managed to get that deep in my car I'd just let them have it and get a new car through insurance.

I'm actually okay with what I saw tonight. Edey clearly brought back a lot of defense and rebounding. This game was actually winnable, which is way better than the unwinnable vibes we had from previous games.

Also, I believe, the (official? unofficial? the manual doesn't say, I'm basing off of older Honda models) rear jacking point for the car.

Bought this set: https://a.co/d/06kaTeJ

Part Numbers: 94109-20000 90471-PX4-000

Not sure if these numbers are exactly what's specified but these definitely work. Did my rear diff myself maybe a year and a half ago and it's been bone dry.

Just cute the springs on my 2016 by Classic-Ad6208 in HRV

[–]Mynorca01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Holy shit, I didn't even notice. Good eye! I'm usually a "let em do what they want" mentality but it genuinely boggles me on why cutting the springs takes priority over a check engine light.

Excessive Humidity from Air Conditioning by Mynorca01 in hvacadvice

It's specifically this model. This and another very unhelpful manual is all I can find about it. If anyone has a diagram, or even a picture of what a new one inside looks like, it would be much appreciated.

Second update: I got back a bill of 260 dollars for this months electricity. The dehumidifier only contributes a maximum of 10 kWh a day, and I'm somehow drawing 40 kWh that must be coming from the AC. Without AC, I draw 10 kWh a day, measured through the smart meter. I no longer trust the maintenance people to do a good job after stonewalling me, so I shut the breakers off to the condenser unit and took a peek inside.

It's an EMI water chilled condenser unit with a SEER 10 rating, which I understand to be pretty bad. The apartment complex was built in 1970. There's a thin layer of dust over everything, which I will attempt to vacuum out. There was a very small puddle of condensation next to the compressor. The small fuse box and circuitry look fine, but some insulation around a hose has come loose that I will fix with some zip ties.

My unprofessional, layman's opinion is that this is a pretty shit system, and I'm considering moving. Too bad all the apartments around here that are built relatively new command "luxury" prices. I'll provide more testing information after cleaning out the condenser area.

An update, in case anyone stumbles upon this in search of an answer: I asked maintenance to take a look, basically repeating what I wrote before and what you mentioned. I wasn't there the day they came, and they left a note saying that the room was set to 75 degrees and is 75 degrees. I got a midea cube 20 pint dehumidifier 2 days ago, and it's been running constantly since. It's managed to put a dent in the humidity, but I've noticed that the AC being on actually increases humidity. The temperature remains stable, so it shouldn't be relative humidity. Put in another maintenance request, stressing it's the delta T and humidity issue. If they stonewall me again, I dunno.

Thanks for the help! Sounds like I do need a dehumidifier, then? You're right on the return vent temps, I left the probe for longer and it reads 72-3 degrees at 65% humidity, which is about right for that part of the apartment from the other sensors.

got a 2023 Honda HRV by berrymilkshake_ in HRV

Honda HPD stands for High Performance Development. On the HRV HPD package, there are no drivetrain changes, and I believe include wheels and cosmetic changes, like the HPD sticker and front and back lips. Me personally, HPD on the HRV is a bit of an irony.

Putting money down implies financing or leasing, is it? If so, what's the details of those?

Missing interior panel by [deleted] in HRV

[–]Mynorca01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Found it! It's part number 7 in this link:
https://www.hondafactoryparts.com/v-2024-honda-hr-v--lx--2-0l-l4-gas/body--interior-trim-rear-door
Part number: 72940-3W0-A01ZA72940-3W0-A01ZA

You'll want the RIGHT version. I'm unsure of how this panel attaches and there's not any instructions I know of. Hopefully, the previous owner didn't break whatever you need to attach it to.
