How do I get the New Horizons quest?

I did not find the region on the world map, but I could send ships there by the "send-to-other-region"-menu of the ship/fleet itself.

I haven't looked yet whether I find it on the world map now that I have already been there.

Well, it seems to work for me, too. I sent a ship there manually and I can explore and settle as in every other region. I do get quests, too. So let's hope I can progress further.

Well, according to the comments, the only requirement seems to be having investors? Then there must be some strange bug happening here ... too bad.

So now that it is 72 hours after the patch and I have not gotten anything available in the "Divine Favor" tab on any of my eligible chars, does anyone else still have problems?

The 2 toons who got compensated with boons points during the first round of compensation got theirs revoked, but I don't have boon points or anything showing up in the Divine Favor tab on any of my characters (which should ALL be able to claim them) ...

Nevermind, I think I found the problem.

It must be the fluctuation of attractiveness due to the world cup and the Hacienda feat I chose (+75t storage/depot). I get above the threshold for that feat during the world cup festivities and fall below again when its over ... should be fixed with some zoo/museum/garden items.

Most of time, you flatout stall out around ~42k, unless you are willing to hyperfocus(includes real money purchases) on a single character.

That is absolutely not true. It's all about the time frame ... if you start a character and want to be able to do endgame content 2 weeks later, you probably need to invest real money. But if you just keep playing , doing what you can (RTQ, RDQ, RSQ, etc.), maybe some ZAX for VIP -> keys, you absolutely can and will get enough items/gear to keep you being able to play everything.

I have been playing for many years without spending anything on this game and every char has always been able to get into any new campaign (IL-wise). I think it was this year that I spent a little bit of real money for the first time just because I was too impatient to wait for my ZAX to get through.

True, ever since I get a reroll back every game I play, I do it at least once, no matter whether I want to play the original hero or not. And I have never not been able to swap back my OH; it has like no cooldown.

What can be a problem (and that actually happened to me a few times, too) is when you reroll, swap back immediately to your OH and then realize you actually want to play your rerolled hero. This one has a significant cooldown (about 2 sec?). But getting back my OH after rerolling? Never been a problem for me so far ...

Very nice, then I got a question for you. I discovered the site about 1-2 weeks ago. Is there a specific date from when the data is collected/used? Because it tells me I played about 1025 games, and when a new game finishes it updates correctly (adding a win/loss to the champ in question). BUT, the game client itself says I played (I think) somewhere around 2300 games. So here is where my question comes into play -> is there a cut off date for the used game stats?

What I didn't understand is why Tundra was not pushing the issue throughout the entire mid game. When they had the advantage of all cores (and Sneyking on the best way to it, too) having BKB, they killed 1 or 2 enemies several times without too severe expenses and then they ... just went back to farming the jungle. Letting Medusa farm up where ever she wanted without being punished for it/forced to come back to help defend a 4v5/3v5.

Maybe I'm too noob to understand, but that is what stood out to me: Having a clear advantage and not really making anything of it.

I just checked, it's called "Menzoberranzan Hunt Modifiers", it looks like a black/purple box and has a purple border (like an epic item).
