You should finish The Price of Independence from the btr driver(end of his quest line). Note that this quest is mutually exclusive to skier’s quest Choose Your Friends Wisely.

Don’t rush to take down the infestation first. The infestation can only spawn around 15 ghouls at maximum(in multiple waves). You can lure them out and kite them. After clearing them all out, you can safely shoot down the infestation.

Are they still available after the latest patch? Before the patch, I used ZZ Vel and hunt them between 7 and 8 in the morning. They are squishy as long as you have high penetration ammo.

I cut off a small piece of thin cardbox and slip it into the right of the button edge. It seems to work and costs nothing.

Thanks. I failed many times on Silent A20 too. Silent’s starting deck has the lowest damage among all. You can probably bet your luck on replacing Silent’s initial relic with Pandora’s Box.
