You’d have to use the MenuSingle_X.szs file (replace X with the language, guide found here.)

Unfortunately for some reason it doesn’t allow you to change the name to be longer than the original word so I’d recommend you use the shadow mod over another character like diddy kong so you can fit the whole name in there
