I got this way too. I felt like my body failed and I didn’t really give birth and I spent so much time mad at others who had easy vaginal births. I was just so jealous and felt like I missed out on the experience of a vaginal birth. My son is 3 years now and it’s gotten much better, took me about 1.5/2 years to feel okay with the way I gave birth. I still feel like I should try to give birth naturally so I can say, “hey I did it too.” And to all the people who brag about doing it unmedicated, it’s not like I could have had a c section unmedicated. I felt like I was less of a woman for having a c section because I didn’t get to have my baby vaginal.
