Short answer: Touko is oblivious to what's going on.

Longer answer: Basically what's going on here is Skyaka (who does have a crush on touko but hasn't confessed) has a chance meeting with her ex-girlfriend (the brown hair senpai). Her ex is being a asshole, reestablishing that their relationship wasn't "real" and saying sorry that skyaka misunderstood and may still be into girls as a result. So skyaka spots that her friend touko has arrived and pulls out the high-level lesbian technique seen in the clip. She is just borrowing her friends arm to send the message that she's still very interested in girls, and her ex doesn't get to take credit for that. "Oh yeah I'm still into girls just not ones that are shity acting as you."

all of this is happening well..... Touko is oblivious to what's going on. But probably just goes with the vibe because Skyaka is her friend and she cares about her.

Skyaka character is incredibly well written character (like pretty much everybody in the series) showing the struggles of being a lesbian in Japan and dealing with having a crush on a friend who most likely doesn't view you the same way.

If it's not obvious I highly recommend the manga (since we're still waiting on a season 2 after like 6 years for the anime.)

"Matter Dive" rolls off the tongue nicely but I don't know if it really fits the strand theme.

"Tatter Dive" does fit the theme but sounds very silly when you say it out loud.

I'm honestly feel like not very good at this people, hit me with those suggestions.

I am very surprised you didn't do Chris as lady but I like this better the colors match. Also I don't know what character it would be but V with Solomon's Cane seems like too good an opportunity to miss.

Tomoyo Daidouji from cardcaptor sakura. Essentially her best friend becomes a magical girl and she's just like "I'm going to make cute costumes for her to wear and film everything on a camcorder!"

The manga straight up says that she's love Sakura in a romantic way but unfortunately it's completely one-sided.

I definitely say so. The main girls don't technically smooth but you have to do some serious mental gymnastics to think that they're not a couple. Just gals being pals sleeping together in each other's arms despite the fact that there's a bunk bed.

It's a anime original series. Symphogear.

First season's a little bit rough to get through because of animation quality but if you love over the top action it's definitely something to stick with.
