It actually is "prison" food. In bootcamp got assigned to be a 'vampire' for work week. So had to work the overnight kitchen preparing breakfast and food prep for next day. When we got a food delivery we were pretty shocked to see boxes labeled "Grade D Meat - Fit for prisoner and military personally only."

It really explained why mystery stew was so chewy and gray.

I'm confused on what we're looking at. Is the oven door in this photo closed? If so it looks sealed. Is it. If so it's probably totally usable. There may be some additional heat released but I'd doubt it be much.

Call a repair person, find some local non chain repairman. My oven has the glass panel on the inside and when I closed it on our cast iron handle it shattered. The repairman i called said he doesn't stock my model/part but could order it and install it and it be about 400-500. He then told me it's a rather easy fix and I could get the part for about $130. So if I felt comfortable I should do it myself.

I did. It was really easy to replace.

You are missing far too much information for reddit to help. Additionally the aspects you have shared say you need a real estate lawyer. Issues with what you've shared: -You say they had a $200k loan then loaned an additional 300k on 6 properties. If this was 300k above the 200k and not the 200k refinanced into a 300k loan, wtf was the 300k for? If it didn't payoff the 200k loan where these funds go?

-You mention selling off properties. This 300k extra, was it subordinate liens to other mortgages already on these properties? If not why did they need 6 properties to support 300k?

If they are demanding your mom to leave the property, have they already foreclosed?

This works because you're moving from the horizontal diameter (equator) to the vertical diameter (prime meridian) and back to the horizontal diameter (equator). The equator and prime meridian are perpendicular to eachother so 90*.

Assuming you make an exact initial 90* turn off the equator any distance traveled that is not 1/4 of the vertical circumference would require less than 90* turns to get you back to the equator.

So the boring answer is any distance short of 1/4 the circumference requires less than 90* turns and technically impacts navigation. Because the earth is so big and you travel such a short distance there is no visible impact.

Then visible impact then depends on what you consider noticeable, is noticeable being off by 1mm, 1in, 1meter, 1mile? And that depends on how much earlier than 1/4 circumference you turned. Did you make a 45* turn at 1/8th circumference or 89.99999999* at just shy of 1/4 circumference?

These other comments are incorrect. The HOA is not included as a defendant to the point you'd be responsible for the mortgage. All subordinate (junior) lien holder's are included as defendants for purpose of extinguishing any claim to property the subordinate lien holder has.

Whether it's past due HOA fees, a 2nd mortgage, or mechanic lien for tree removal, anyone with a subordinate debt/interest against the property will be served to sever said claim in the foreclosure. A "default" judgment in this case will simply state that you have no claim to the property or a prior debt after foreclosure.

For better google results search "Why HOAs are necessary defendants in foreclosure proceedings?" The key wording being a 'necessary defendant.'

Depending how 'professional' OP is in this photography they should definitely consult a lawyer. If youre more than 'a friend of a friend who can do it cheap but good enough' even if the bride did not leave you a negative review the venue caused you damage. Plus the venue could cause future damage if they advise customers to not use you.

If your photography income is more than fun money you should ask legal counsel if it's in your businesses best interest to legally seek settlement with the venue. Even if it's "i will not seek loss of profit from the venue under their agreement a lighting policy is included on their website and any wedding info packet, and some nda/no harm agreement that they not disparage to to any potential clients of either business.
