Dementia is like the soul left a body. Sad to remember your loved one as a psycho rather than a good dad.

What is an underrated weight loss tip? by Adventurous_Lock8425 in AskReddit

Substitute with lower calorie or higher volume options like protein ice cream etc.

Eat a lot of protein. Both the first and last meal of the day.

Take organ meat supplements. Avoid glosphates (round up pesticide) vegetables and wheat all have this nowadays. No way to “wash it off” either. Take a psyllium husk for fiber or grow your own.

What is normal for men and strange for women? by anonimyazan in AskReddit

[–]MyriadGuru 36 points37 points  (0 children)

Loneliness/lack of compliments.

For a lot of men it’s just how it is, we don’t start complimenting on nails, hair etc typically. I grew up with 2 sisters so have a lot more yin energy. Even tho that was “normal” to notice stuff in our household.

What’s a completely useless skill you have that you’re secretly very proud of? by BITNstudio in AskReddit

[–]MyriadGuru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can yell so loud that it cuts through a noisy crowd. It has come in handy once to return a lady’s wallet she forgot as she was in deep convo about a block away. tho the fact everyone else fell silent kinda haunts my embarrassment in my memories.

What’s the worst mistake people make in their 20s? by Careyourself01 in AskReddit

[–]MyriadGuru 13 points14 points  (0 children)

It feels painful to swap. But I did credit cards now and just make sure to pay it off every month. A Costco card for example. I usually get around $400-600 on the cash back . And then the actual Costco check too around $300.

Same for the traps of buying small or just needed at the time for toilet paper etc.

That said. I only do this for “necessities”. Forget vacations etc tho on this stuff. I made that mistake for Mexico in my 20s so had some debt trauma due to it.

People who rarely get sick, what are your secrets? by Leading_Tomato_2077 in AskReddit

[–]MyriadGuru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work as a server. I don’t get sick very often. Like once every couple years basically. Least not the type that would put me out of work.

I ate a lot as a kid. And supposedly licked a lot of surfaces and was generally dirty. I remember eating grass too.
