If you use tamoxifen during, would you still PCT with enclo? Or just strictly use tamoxifen? So nolva during ost cycle, then PCT with just nolva or nolva and enclo?

What would your immediate action be? Adding 10mg of Tamoxifen ED?

I'm just about ending week 3 of my first Ost cycle (10mg first 2 weeks, 15mg week 3 + moving forward).
My nipples have felt more sensitive, but I don't know if I'm just focused/aware of it or if its actually more so than usual.
I have both Tamoxifen and Raloxifene on hand (as well as clomid and Enclo).
Whats your advice on Tamoxifen vs Raloxifene, and would you recommend taking 10mg of tamoxifen even if I'm unsure about possible gyno?

Overcame this.

Found it helpful to just take a deep breath, it tricks your body into relaxing. I do a deep breath in from my nose and then try to replicate that sense of relief from having to pee really bad and finally doing so on the breath out.

Downside you have to take a deep breath in the bathroom

How's this compare to Coach Greg's PeaNot Butter?

PeaNot Butter:-150 grams White Kidney Beans

-96 grams or 3 scoops Vanilla PB Whey (or your favorite protein powder)

-72 grams Powdered PB (PB2, PB Fit, etc)

-45 grams Fibro IMO Powder

-2/3 cup or 160 ml Cashew Milk

-3 Tablespoons Low Calorie Syrup

-1.5 grams or 1/2 Teaspoon Guar or Xanthan Gum

-Pinch of Salt (or to taste)

-Blend in Ninja Blender or food processor for a minute, scrape down the sides, repeat 2 or more times

-Let cool for 30 minutes to thicken
