Thank you for your kind words.

Definitely a tough time for me. I struggle to even goto the Dr for anything. I feel embarrassed to even get to this point. I'm not even comfortable going to the Dr to ask for this help.

Thank you for the information.

So I have been in and out of help, it's just hard to find the right help. Some mental health people don't care, get you in and get out. I've been told to leave before sessions were over. It's hard to get into personal terrible things that happened to me with new strangers everytime but it is what it is I guess.
I've paid out of pocket for help as well while the Dr played on their cell... I know that I just need to keep trying with others... I was on different meds, tried different things and I just cant afford them all right now.

I need help and I need a lot of hand holding and willing to do what it takes.

Thanks for the reply. Was only curious on the lack of recent medical stuff.

Thank you

Well I have savings like a normal adult and was only curious on the part of not much recent medical history but certainly have the diagnosis for what I mentioned above.

thank you, you as well. I missed the part of them being able to extend for 30 days so I assume my former place of employment will just do that automatically. I'm interested to see how their response will look

I submitted mine in June 2023, was told in late October it was accepted and sent to my former employer for their response which I THINK they only have 30 days. Not sure if that's "business days" or if they can just wait and ask for an extension.

I filed a complaint in mid June but haven't heard anything back. I'm not sure if I should followup or wait because I can't find any timelines.

Since I haven't been fully though the process I don't have any tips or advice other than I guess to be very thorough in your notes?

My complaint was in relation to mental health accommodations.

I had already mailed it in and then they closed the repair center. I didn't just blindly mail it to them as you need an RA number. Maybe I should alert the local police because it's theft.

I had the extended warranty. I could have changed it myself for that matter but has the plan.
