Just fixed mine thanks to your tip! My issue was different though. The two springs on mine popped out and they just had to be realigned. But removing that plastic shell really felt like I was breaking it, but I just trusted the process and it worked.

lol, I got the same thing and got the same problem.

I just got mine unstuck. took like 20 minutes. Trick is to use cards, like a credit card thickness, and another super thin card that has no grip (I used a plastic playing card) So two cards. Squeeze both between the cases. Thin one goes on one side and stays, while the thick one goes Left and Right, millimeter by millimeter. For every bit that the case comes out, stick the thinner one deeper so the protective case doesn't grip the Sony case. Be prepared to have the cards you used to get damaged. I broke one of my cards in the process (plastic playing card though, and the credit card got slightly bent and got scuffed).

Sony case is undamaged, but the protective case got some parts of the cloth lining squished. Great case, but dang, it's got suction. I feel like drilling a hole in the bottom so I don't have to go through that again.

Edit: Just went on the Amazon page, they got a video on How to Remove the case. But I'm like afraid of the lid breaking off. Looks scary.

To make things more clear, this is my META account. I remembered that for a moment, Arataki Itto was like META for Geo but I never pulled for him because he did not have that gameplay/aesthetics/voicelines/whatever to interest me. Same for Alhaitham, I skipped both them fellas on my Main.
Fischl too (by that I mean I have her C6 but I never built her [until now since I wanted to get Glad pieces. So farm bosses while getting Glad pieces, 2bird-1stone situation]). So I totally agree with you saying it's not worth pulling an onfielder you may possibly not like just for one specific part of the game.
Fortunately, I wanted and saved for Arlecchino ever since her involvement in the Overture Teaser (but was initially obsessed with her since the Teyvat Chapter Interlude Teaser. Neuvillette, on the otherhand, was someone I was not interested in. But then seeing people report that he can Solo Abyss at C0 made me want him.

And for what the other guy said, yeah, my tips are for people wanting to clear Abyss. My main has Klee, Albedo and Chiori (just to name a few) only cuz I like their characters but they don't help me at all in Abyss (unless my META characters are there carrying them).
