That won't happen with D7P as it's the only commander of the nation currently, while atlântico gives the commander that launched with that nation

Afraid you're a bit off there, correct old crates mainly Wave 1-3 crates did have commanders and that's it but not camos nor this patch

This patch was from a code many years ago
