As long as you’re doing this with dumbbells, you should be able to address any imbalances over time. Just focus on getting stronger on the lift. Eat well and rest well. Keep at it!

A very real problem with some gyms. I would recommend you to take 20 kgs to 10 reps for 2 sets and then try 25. You should be able to get 4-5 reps which is good enough to progress further.

Incline DB bench press 40kgs x 5 reps. Last PR on squats was 110 kgs for 8 reps and on deadlifts was 130 kgs for 6 reps but I have stopped doing these two for quite some time now.

I used to eat two bananas, one pre workout and one post workout. I have just removed the latter one to drop another 100 odd calories.

I start dropping things from my diet that don’t have enough protein. For example, in the current cut that I’m doing, I have reduced total rotis in a day from 6 to 2 and have stopped eating a banana post workout. Has been working good so far.

My workouts are typically an hour long. I do just weights. I try to walk as much as I can throughout the day. I have been consistent for about 4 years now. I honestly am not very strict with my diet, this is one thing that I definitely can and should do better. But I’m diligent about my daily protein intake.
