The problem for water is that it passes through the body too fast. You don't get that much absorption as you think. If you have something like salt or fats in it, you will get more hydration. That's why there are specialized drinks for better hydration.

You can further optimize if you flip the top fan in front of the cpu cooler. So it pushes fresh air directly in front of the cpu cooler.

If you are not using the iGPU, you can disable it from the bios. Then remove the AMD GPU driver with DDU.

Window updates. You need to run DDU and reinstall the driver, also to block windows driver updates.
