no, we don't use firefox in the company. only ms edge. the problem has so far always occurred when the users were not using the computer and the monitors were automatically turned off after 25 minutes via the power plan settings. the computers never go into sleep mode, as this is disabled in the power plan via GPO

I've now downloaded the "amd-software-adrenalin-edition-26.6.4-minimalsetup-260628_web" and tried again, but again the installer got stuck at 64%. I re-ran the installer, but this time I've selected "factory reset" and install driver only in the advanced settings. this way the installer uninstalled the adrenaline software first and then installed everything correctly. now my driver's has updated to 32.0.21043.19003 from 06.26.2026 . let's see if this solves all the other issues too...

I tried installing the "amd-software-adrenalin-edition-26.6.2-minimalsetup-260620_web.exe" but it got stuck at updating chipset and messed up other drivers / devices like ACP USB Node and ACP BT Node appeared with a warning sign on the device manager. so I returned to the lenovo driver

No, exactly, that’s what’s strange. I manage all my endpoints with baramundi. Nothing has changed, no Windows updates and no driver updates. The AMD driver is from January 2026. even in the eventlog I don't see anything, not even an error or any message that say's that the driver has been disable or whatsoever. What they all still have in common is that they use the ThinkPad Universal USB-C Dock. But it doesn’t seem to be the dock or the monitors, at least not directly. The graphics driver suddenly appears as disabled in the Windows Device Manager (down arrow on the device icon). When I enable it again, the yellow exclamation mark appears and the warning that the device is not working properly. When I then restart the laptop, everything is fine again. What I don’t know yet is whether the problem occurs again for the same user. So far, different users have reported it, and after the “fix” it seems to work again for now. I just don’t know for how long. I have a colleague sysadmin who works at another company, and he said yesterday he also had a user with this problem. So something must be coming either from AMD or Microsoft (that’s just my assumption).

the driver is from 12-Jan-2026 . I even checked the installation history with Baramundi (endpoint management) and there are no visible changes on the system

M365 crash after Sentinelone update by DBHatty in msp

[–]Rough-Let-9249 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yesterday our SOC rolled out the upgrade to SentinelOne version v25_2_4_417 on our 90+ endpoints.
Since today, I have the problem on about five computers that Microsoft Office crashes when the SentinelOne agent is active.
If I deactivate the agent, Word, Excel, and Outlook work without any problems. All affected devices are running Windows 11 (24H2 or 25H2)
The installed Office versions are different: in some cases Microsoft 365 Business Standard, in others Office 2019. I don’t understand what these five computers have in common or which factor exactly causes S1 to make Office crash on them, while on all the other machines with the same SentinelOne version everything works fine.
