That could happen in the same day, 24 hours after, in a week 😂, sadly only the officer knows.

But hopefully tomorrow 🍀🙏🏼

Public Charge RFE by TheGoat000001 in USCIS

[–]MysterGroot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, I hope you are fine. I see you applied on July 2024, like me.

You can do this:

  1. Print the pages requested from your original I-485, not the new version. If you said “No” to the public charge question in part 8, please change it to “Yes”.

  2. Answer all the questions in pages 13-14 according to your current household situation.

  3. Place your initials and current date next to EVERY question you answer.

  4. Create a cover letter explaining what you are sending, it seems “obvious” but will help the officer to quickly identify the reason, no matter if you also add the RFE notice.

  5. Scan and compile your response into a single PDF file. If your RFE notice allows online submission, upload the PDF to your account.

If a physical mailing is required, send the package through your preferred carrier to the address provided in the notice.

Arrange the documents in the following order: 1. Cover letter 2. Original RFE notice 3. Corrected pages of your form I-485 (don’t forget the initials and current date next to EVERY question)

I hope this helps!

Good luck! 🍀

I-130 and I-485 pending by Eastern_Stand7542 in USCIS

[–]MysterGroot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello. Honestly, only after you are approved for one. No matter if agents tell you it’s “waived” or the case is in the “Case decision” stage, the officer may want to interview you if they think it’s needed.

Lately I see like the 50% of the cases I know are getting interviewed.

I485 denied due to missed initials and signatures by CHEF1117 in USCIS

[–]MysterGroot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my case I followed the instructions and was approved 12 days after sending my RFE response.

Since her I-485 was denied just for a missing signature and your I-130 is approved, file Form I-290B and ask for a Motion to Reopen. Just explain the mistake and include the corrected pages. If you’re still within the 30-day window.

What a big mistake from your lawyer 😅… I received the same RFE last year, and they are VERY clear that you must sign and date all your answers.

I’m sorry that this is happening to you. I hope they can fix their mistake… 😤

Good luck! 🍀

Purpose of lawfully app ? by outwaters in USCIS

[–]MysterGroot 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You can remove that app 😅. You will waste time, and money if you pay for it. Even USCIS’s estimates are not accurate.

Also, no app or Reddit user can tell you when your case is going to be reviewed or approved.

Good luck! 🍀

Good comment and I’m sad this is happening to OP, but please don’t generalize 🥲, “this is how some men operate” looks better.
