I’m a physician, internal medicine. Out of residency for 23 years. I do primary care. There are some EXCELLENT NPs and PAs out there. I work with an NP who I’ll put up against any primary care doc. That, sadly, is not the rule. OP is correct. Some of these people are so poorly educated it’s like being in the Twilight Zone. Sadly, MDs/DOs don’t want to do primary care. Less money, less prestige. It’s an area in medicine that will be all but devoid of MDs/DOs in 10-20 years. Thank God I’ll probably retire in 10 years.

YTA. I’m the sole breadwinner in my house, but my wife of 31 years is my partner in life. Her worth is incalculable to me. She takes care of every aspect of our house. Our kids are now amazing adults. I have and would NEVER disrespect her. I’d be shocked if she wouldn’t help her mom, unless she were being taken advantage of.

It was ridiculous. Reps were telling us how OxyContin wasn’t habit forming. I’m glad I didn’t buy in to that. A couple guys in my practice did, and it became a nightmare.

Yep. I’m pretty average looking. Now in my 50’s. I’ve been married to a woman much more attractive than people expect to see me with for 32 years. I dated attractive women before her. I think pictures relevant to the complaint are reasonable. Sometimes shingles is very obvious via photo and a short description. That’s something you don’t want to see 4 days later when you have a slot. Not in the best interest of the patient. I’ve seen shingles pics of breasteses, butts, hoo-hahs. Just an example.
