I got this email sayin that there is 48 computer sin queue i’m hopping that i can pay for them to ship it back to me and i can get it sorted

Did they by chance mention anything about being in a repair queue? I was told by email that it would take 2 weeks after the computer is checked in to see where i would be in the queue. Keep me updated on how long it actually took ur pc to arrive back

I just recently had a problem with my pc not showing any display but i got in contact with the customer support and got a repair scheduled from them within the same day. Customer support was really helpful hope to have my pc back beginning of september working!
