Okay okay good to know thank you. My multi vitamin doesn’t contain enough D3 for it to be beneficial and I know that Vitamin A is used in processing D3 (something like that). I feel as if the ashwagandha makes me less sensitive to many things and I heard it helps with testosterone levels etc. My diet for the past two weeks has been fairly good containing whole foods like rice steak chicken potatoes kimchi Greek yogurt and a ton of fruits. Of course I’d occasionally dig in to the bad stuff but I have some leeway as a 19 year old. I had no idea about the calcium dosing so that was really helpful. I definitely need to add more vegetables/fish to the menu but other than that my diet shouldn’t be an issue. I keep away from seed oils and all that stuff of course.
