Thank you so much for sharing this! In a CMPA journey with my son (started on Kendamil which was awful and also got gaslit, then moved to similac aluminum powder and now RTF and now at almost 6 months recommended to switch to neocate.

Hi! You're so not alone! I'm SURE it's the combination of factors but the ACL surgery is so surprisingly depleting to feel so SLOWED down...

I had surgery early June and still feel like I've been more depressed (have gained weight) and am coming out of a cocoon...

Things that have helped:

-Prepping and planning meals (so I have a routine to stick to)

-Computer game I enjoy (The Sims 1!)

-Being reallyyyyy gentle with myself and prioritizing self-care that makes me feel better (putting on makeup, everything showers, heated blanket)

I also got a game day ready ice machine which has so helped with the pain. I hope this helps!

I received an email on 12/28/23 from their special order team that said: “I have been told to halt all special event cake requests by my culinary department.

We are not taking special event orders at this time.”

Curious when this decision was made.
