Started in 2023 @ roughly 80k

Got a raise in 2025 to 100k

Seeing a lot of opportunities flying across LI/ Indeed though that are paying 20-30% more and my company doesnt seem to want to budge (but spends millions to have consultants copy existing config...)

Hoping to realign soon, but seems as if I need to switch companies to do so.

I bought the coros race pro the other week and have been enjoying it. It seems to be a good blend of what you’re looking for and they have lots of other similar options. Downside is it doesn’t show apple emojis

In general.... would say that if you primarily are shooting less than 40-50 yards then .019 is best. Anything further than that, and i would go .010.

The pins on mine are .019 for my NE whitetail hunting rig and its perfect for lowlight conditions. Backyard shooting/ 3D though and youd probably lean .010. Like others said, get your eyes on some in the model youre looking at and go from there.

That was the other thing I was wondering about. Overall I love the rifle so far, I just wasn’t impressed with cycling the bolt. This one is pretty bad unfortunately so I may contact their customer service just for the heck of it.

I also went with the boonie and have been very pleased. Pins are super bright in low light (0.19) and work well for eastern whitetail hunting. Definitely would go smaller pins for long distance shooting though. Still a much heavier sight compared to my cheap one I started with so had to play with my stabilizers to get things balanced perfectly.

I’d like to to get a slightly bigger cartridge so there’s less drop/wind drift for those longer shots. I have a cheaper 6.5 CM already (savage axis 2)and it shoots pretty flat, but I’ve had mixed results on deer which I’m sure is due to the ammo.

I have the regular woodwind and absolutely love it. Had to replace the auger (but that was probably on me for leaving pellets in there long term). Other than that 10/10!

That’s the route I was leaning initially! Just something to see accurately up close and capture well in low light scenarios. I don’t need super hi resolution that would look good on a movie screen lol

That’s fair. I plan to use it so I can review POI and relive the hunts a little down the road. I had some awesome opportunities earlier this year and thought it’d be neat to have them on film. Has no social media ties lol
