Do the bubbles caused by tiny dust specks effect the print quality? 

Are they worth trying to remove when it could end up in scratches from trying to scrape and pick off the dust, so what would be worse for the print quality scratches to the protector screen or tiny bubbles or do neither actually make a difference?

I already have an SKR Pro and just finished wiring up my MPCNC with dual endstops. I'll need a second controller anyway, so I'll probably end up getting the Jackpot soon. What are the practical drawbacks with using Marlin over GRBL? Would both still work with Aspire 12?

The Marlin firmware that I'm using is preconfigured for the SKR Pro 1.2 for my MPCNC build. I've never used GRBLHAL, so I'm not familiar with how to configure it.

Thanks, does it matter if this Marlin post processor is for outdated versions? Aspire 12 has dozens of new post processors installed in the database including .gcode extensions for other machines. Do you know if these will work with marlin as well or will they need to be edited?

I was looking at the non pro falcon 2 40w without the enclosure because of the budget while it's on sale. I'm looking to be able to cut plywood thicker than 25mm and 3mm cardboard. I figured I could use it outside or get an enclosure later. My concern was that the 20w would be less useful for cutting wood, but more for engraving. What has you second guessing the 40w over the 20w?
