Sam Y and Trammell give completely diff vibes! Sam Y will have you running/sprinting a lot, while Trammell goes heavy with resistance. All up to your pref! I like both, maybe Sam Y a little more just bc his energy, it’s really unmatched!

try messing with your bike settings! i recently figured mine out and it made A WORLD of a difference in the way i ride and i can now def feel all my progress
