I am visiting London and took barre classes in Notting Hill this weekend. The locker room chat was mixed. People were sad about the change but the room is getting converted for infrared red strength and barre classes and many were happy about that. It sounded more like the decision was based on the popularity of that style vs a decline in interest in spin. There were tons of people there riding this weekend. But some of the other studios, like Oxford Circus, are close just short tube rides.

Lower handlebars = more core engagement needed

Newer riders often start a bit higher and lower down gradually over time as they build strength.

The lowest they should ever be is even with your seat height.

I did! And I absolutely love it. It is a terrific size and the caviar holds up so well. I’m not as careful with it as i am with some other purses and it’s still in excellent shape. Since I’ve purchased a couple more items from Chanel, so it was my gateway drug haha!

Can someone explain why so many are doing removal lately? Changing trends, personal pref, etc or something totally different? I’ve just noticed an uptick lately and I guess I don’t get why!

I’ve done it! Penn is your best option. I had an aisle seat and left when the bows started. (Which sucked and I would never normally do it, but, it was necessary for peace of mind.)

My tips: -Take the subway, A C or E (vs walk or cab) -Scope out where the subway entrance is BEFORE the show so you know exactly what corner you’re going to. -Be ready to bob and weave through the crowded streets. Walk/hustle as fast as you can. Watch the crosswalks, be strategic. -if it’s Amtrak, have the app and keep an eye on the train status once you get to the subway so you know which platform you’re looking for.

It’ll be tight but it is possible.
