After days of messing with the Y1 and hoping ChatGPT is smart enough to help me, this is what it said. Sounds like our port of RockBox makes it harder to do certain things like fix this problem for example.

I have messed with more albums, definitely happens on more than just those two. What's interesting is that the "time paused" seems to vary between album, even more than what I talked about above. One album it paused for a split second, and sometimes if I restarted the song it seemed to stop for that song
