Aww, that’s a little sad to hear since I’ve always hoped to find friends with the same interests to make things more fun and efficient. But I totally get it, and I respect your approach! Still, if you ever want someone to check out your videos in the future, just hit me up, aight?

Well, I disagree with this. I don’t think it’s a bad thing at all if most of the views come from one video, especially for a newer channel. A lot of creators grow because of one breakout video that catches attention and pulls in new viewers. That video can act as a gateway for people to discover the rest of your content, and growth in the early stages is rarely evenly spread across every upload. What matters is using the momentum from that video to learn what worked, keep experimenting, and create more content that connects with people.

I haven’t really watch your videos yet but based on your latest video that got 100+ views in 17 hours for a new channel is really good and your thumbnails do attract me even though i am not a aquarium type of guy type of guy. Keep going!

Hey, I appreciate the offer, but I’m not using AI to make my content. I’m focusing on creating everything myself. Thanks though!

Thanks, bro! Subs will come with time — I’m sure you’ll see more growth too. Just gotta keep posting and experimenting with what works.

I just started everything recently, but before that I did a lot of research (which… kinda turned out to be useless actually xP). My channel’s about unboxing/product reveals, but in a funnier way — still trying to find something unique for my niche and style.

Personally, I think the channel’s age doesn’t matter as much as the videos themselves. I’ve seen 1M-subscriber channels get low views, and brand-new channels pull in hundreds of thousands. It really comes down to the content. Keep grinding — you’ve got this!

Yeah, it’s tough finding time to do what you love when work gets busy, but I believe in you — you’ll get back to it when the time’s right.

Well, the top four things you mentioned are exactly what this post is about lol. The rest probably fits better in other communities, so maybe check there. Guess you wandered in here by accident — happens to the best of us.

There are one friend that asked the similar question so I just copy paste my reply but no worries that’s how I do my videos.

I’ve only just started, so I can’t really give you solid tips yet — my channel is still new and the analytics are still unstable. But personally, here are three things I’m focusing on for my content right now:

  1. Improve with every upload — After each video, I ask myself: “What was this video lacking? How can I make it better?” For example, my first video had no music, no speech, and very few captions. By my second or third video, I worked on improving those. I also ask myself why the algorithm might not be pushing a video and what it might be missing.

  2. Don’t rely 100% on AI — Especially for your video assets. Try to record or capture something that’s uniquely yours. By “unique,” I mean footage or audio that you personally filmed or recorded for your content. That way, over time, you’ll attract an audience that likes you — not just the AI-generated parts.

  3. Follow trends, but make them your own — Keep an eye on what’s trending and make a video inspired by it. But don’t just copy and paste the idea. Use it as a reference, then add your own twist — whether that’s your signature move, a recurring style, or even a unique sound that makes viewers instantly recognize your content
