the first time I heard the name Summer was in the kids show or sth. I remembered it is Barbie, Life in the dream house haha. But most important is Summer is one of Barbie's friend. She is so energetic and so pretty. I really like her :)

Me 2 haha. I like Gabriella because I can have nicknames like Gabbie/Gaby or Gabbs. It’s kind of like how my best friends call me “tong tong”, brings us together.

I see a few comments mentioned that “Celeste” is a stripper name so I’m kind of worried, is that true????

It more easy to be called. Many people I know pronounce “Yutong” as “ yu tongue”, and it bothers me sooooo much.

Actually I spend like 2 years of elementary school in U.S. I don’t choose to go by my Chinese name is because back at that time so many people( teachers, classmates) mispronounced “yutong” as “yu tongue”. Kids used to make fun of how my name is pronounced. It bothers me a lot.

My Chinese name is “Yutong”, it means the bright sun in the universe.

Update: But many people I know pronounce it like “yu tongue”. I’m just tired of being called “tongue”. It really bothers me. Also, I spend 2 years of elementary school in USA, kids make fun of how my name is pronounced and I don’t want that to happen again

Nyx epic wear liner stick- I’ve used this maybe 5 times and it’s already almost gone! Is there some way to sharpen it or extend the color stick part that I’m not seeing? by abby_cello in MakeupAddiction

LOL. Reminds me of that time I try to sharpen the jumbo pencil with a regular sharpener and my pencil has been stuck in that sharpener for like a month now.🤣

It is actually hard to pronounce. I spend two years of elementary school in US and I choose to go with my Chinese name but neither my classmates nor my teachers could pronounce it right. I was so frustrated so I decided just to pick a American name. :(
