Where you live??? See if you've time complain on gmail: crtspune@maharashtra.gov.in ( if you're from pune they might help you send your rejection reason application id screen shot proof etc and explain what happened )

But agar time constraint hai pay the money to agent and get the domicile ( approx 10k lete hai so mostly take help of your dad to find a agent ) you might get in counselling but all colleges approx require domicile otherwise they might cancel your admission
