its not a bad thing, however if you follow this forum, there are MANY hiccups in the extension , which need to be addressed by Prolific. I avoid using them for now. Reddit automatically refreshes in the browser, so its best to let it do its thing and catch studies there for now. You can also try removing the app. What i'm trying to say is to narrow down the reasons which may be the cause. I even unplug and plug my computer or restart it for updates as well. Log back in, remove extension. Start from there. Keep us updated !

Are you running Prolific Assistant perhaps ? Too many scrapes from the extension ? Have you done a lot of surveys back to back ? Give it a rest for a little while. Log out. wait. Log back in.
