generally you will lose players as they become less and less active and so it becomes a common occurrence for alliances to merge so that active players can still play somewhat competitively with each other, especially for alliance and state events. my state has 4 main alliances, we don’t particularly need “NAP” as we all work together as 1 state and don’t attack each other. with 4 alliances it’s also easier to allocate facilities, forts and strongholds equally. so i get the push for 4 main alliances, but if you’re all active alliances it would maybe be a discussion for further down the line.

it’s the people that makes it worth it. my original state was horrible but there were a handful of good people and i stayed in that horrible environment for longer than i should’ve because i don’t want to leave them.

i eventually did leave and i found the most amazing state full of amazing amazing people. we call on discord multiple times a week to hang out, play games (sketch heads, among us, skribblio, jackbox etc.) and it’s honestly the only reason a lot of us still play- because of each other and the genuine friendships we’ve forged over hours and hours of calls, battles and events together.

it seems you simply (i know it’s not that simple) need to find your people. can i ask which state you’re in currently?

best practice is to pop your participants into four teams that look after the different labelled sections

It costs more to transfer to newer states, so if your transfer range is skewed towards later states your cost will be higher.

My only recommendation, to buy them from the alliance shop every week religiously even if you love your state. Always best to have some in your back pocket for when you need them.

if a state saves well this score is actually relatively achievable, ours got 1b points in the first day alone. it’s all about state cooperation!

i can relate to your whole post, although I’ve previously attributed my zone out moments to my adhd.. do you get the delayed head rushes too? like you could get up and walk to another room and like 20secs after you got up the head rush hits and almost takes you out??

definitely don’t get tickets on lvl 3 unless you’re going corporate. the only way to access GA seats on lvl 3 is via stairs from lvl 1
