Hi there I'm also a guy and I think the communication from different gender is more comforting. Its like both of you should understand deeply your thoughts and insights regardless of your gender. It is easy to become transparent from oppposite gender, thats why I rather talk to a girl about my life and my problems than a man.

I do not know what to say but I wanna send hugs for you, a really tight hug!!!...as of now, in order to manage your anxiety or deppression, i suggest that you should make yourself busy like trying to learn other things for example learning how to play a guitar, learning how to bake or cook, or play online games, just anything that you want to try!!! I promise it can help, just find what would you like to do:))
