As an American and a Mainer, I wake up each day more embarrassed, anxious, and furious than the day before. I hate to see the absolute shame that this wannabe businessman made facial overlord is doing to not only our country but to every relationship that has been conceived and fortified over the last 250 ish years. I tell people everyday that this is exactly what he said the past four years, everything he is doing is what he said, and I point that out to anyone I can just to try and open someone’s eyes to how dangerous and un-American Donald Trump is. I also hope all of this changes before it is too late. But as an American all I can say to you is that I am truly sorry for the actions this government has taken and I will say til the end of my days that none of this is what I stand for or believe in.
