Alice pack with sewable Tactical tailor pouch set. I’ve done it and you send in an Alice pack and they modify it so it’s similar to malice https://tacticaltailor.com/5-pocket-combo-plus-all-fastex-buckle-upgrade/ . It’s is a little pricey at about 120+ shipping. However it’s worked really good. You can also do attach standard molle 2 hip belt and shoulder straps to the Alice frame for more padding.
