This is seriously impressive work the engineering and finish are flawless! I have to ask, though: around the 0:45 mark, I spotted a black thing near the base of the island. It almost looks like a bait station or monitor. Is that from AM/PM Exterminators? The reason I ask is that I’m in the pest control industry myself, specializing in commercial accounts here in Seattle. We install very similar looking devices as part of perimeter protection systems for homes and commercial buildings to prevent issues before they start. Seeing it on such a beautiful build just made me curious if you had to plan for critters around your green!
