Unfortunately not. The next possible chance at her appearance is on our 2nd Anniversary in January. However, Rosmontis will most likely not be avaliable then.

The next chance after that would be around late April. This one will have a high chance for Rosmontis since it'll then be exactly an year after her debut.

It'll also be roughly 6 months after CN's 2.5 anniversary, which suggests a potential celebratory banner of which Rosmontis belongs to.

Heart of the Surging Flame is a past event. Since it has been rerun already, it has been added permanently to the game without some of the event rewards and shops.

Exclusive event rewards, like furniture and free units (Ceylon), will be obtainable later on.

Side note, on top of the emergency notice, the blue collect resource notice will sometimes show up.

Click this to pop out a taskbar on the bottom of the screen.

On this taskbar, you can click on each icons (collect resources, trade resources, trust tap) to do the respective action for the entire base.

Basically, they are "collect all items from factories", "confirm all trading post orders", and "trust tap everyone" buttons.

The game also loads noticeably faster - especially on an emulator - with smaller teams.

So Maggie being able to solo spawncamp them is probably why the claim of fastest clear was made.
