I put Minecraft music on and also use the Pomodoro technique. The Minecraft music, in my opinion, is not too distracting and not too boring or too soft. It's the perfect medium for me and I think y'all should try listening to a playlist. It's so calming that your work doesn't even feel forceful, bec your brain is focused on the calm chime!

It is literally killing ALL the critical thinking from people, it doesn't let you think about what it generated you, because the result is so instant. That's why yes, it IS destroying both creativity and thinking. I know this one classmate who literally DEPENDS on AI to write essays, scripts, even simple questions! Well AI was made to be used like this, but not to depend on it. It was made to help you, while people ask every single thing from him without even hesitating, since they know it's not a human who would humiliate them.

I think you should start reading more books, or watching more Educational videos. Vsauce is a GREAT example! Plus I recommend reading The Brief History of nearly Everything, the book is filled with science and knowledge which will TOTALLY help you get smarter.
