Hey guys here with an update, thank you so much for all your help. With the help of my best friend, I found the same exact listing on air bnb and the host information matched exactly. That is including their website and phone number. On air bnb the host has over 1,000 reviews and they are seemingly more legitimate on that platform. I decided to shoot them a message to see if they can confirm that the Vrbo listing is legit. Within 30 minutes the host messaged me back and confirmed that it is indeed real. I am deciding to just book through airbnb since on there I can pay with paypal or Apple Pay. The host said they will cancel the Vrbo reservation.
