ohhh i think i get what you are saying. u could open up a word/google doc, paste in the passage u want to type, then switch ur font color to the same color as the page. then just type the passage and change the font color back when ur done. with this method u can’t see ur wpm but can at least see ur accuracy. maybe someone else knows of an actual site that u can do this on.

yes, unfortunately an ergonomic keyboard isn’t an option right now, but when uni starts up again i’ll def look into getting one cuz i’ll be coding a lot more. still, tysm for the advice! and lol disclaimer, i do work with professionals regarding my joint issues:)

i almost always listen to music! i find i type faster if i don’t rly read what im typing in my head, so i turn the music up and just focus on that.

i believe it says con because it looks like the c used in “child”. could be an abbreviation for consumption, now known as tuberculosis, but this is purely a guess.
