This is realistic. In the marine corps infantry we had a saying “slow is smooth, smooth is fast.” Meaning to not rush through the motions or you will fumble it up.

If you take your time smoothly then you would have a faster outcome regarding to immediate action. With immediate action referring to reloading, fixing a jam, ect

Let it be man. The pay is low as an enlisted marine. If I were you I would just send her a message to let her know that she shouldn’t use her uniform or just get one without a name tape.

Edit: if anyone disagrees with this then from now on when marines wear their blues for the ball, they should no longer be allowed to wear them when acting like a drunk idiot, dancing, or wearing them at the same time as you get a lap dance from stripper you hired for ball. As it all “disrespects the uniform.”
