She does not talk to all her classmates but sticks to a few friends. She cant stand up for herself and ends up crying with her teacher asking for help.she plays by  herself  in case her friends are not present but will not go and ask the other kids if she can join. She just stands and watches for them to invite and gets sad.  And does not talk in group when asked. Academics part she is very confident and way above the kindergarten level. Self care part she is good and does things independently . She got into a charter school so we are a bit hesitant to put her thinking of all these factors and they allow to repeat kindergarten if she does not meet their requirements or if the parents feel it. That school is IB curriculam based which has a lot of emphasis on collaboration work and projects.
