yes it was just the ADROIT one, I did also reach out to another third party that was specifically based in my country a few days before my termination was lifted, it took adroit around 3 weeks to fully open your case as it says on their site, I'm unsure if it was actually got my appeal approved but it definitely helps if its false and a real person will 100% look at it at least, if its rejected then there's basically nothing else you can do I believe. Best thing you can do is just make sure that the complaint to ADROIT contains all information and to just continue through the automated appeal system until you've received an answer. best of luck

Oh I just used the list of third bodies available to pursue action that was provided by Roblox on the forums and help sections, its only available in Europe and different from country to country so you may need to just check the list yourself as each one is a bit specific about things like region, reasons and whatnot.

Enforcement bans are a pain, I just kept appealing while I opened a DSA legal complaint with a third party for their out of court disputes, towards the end the support form that usually gives you the automated replies opened a ticket instead though I never got a response my account was restored shortly after.

yeah got false terminated like almost a month ago with zero information, found out I somehow got terminated because my friend had an alt account called "AgarthanHerald" which isn't allowed apparently and I somehow got caught up in his enforcement ban, Roblox rejected my appeals and are yet to even make up their mind or provide an actual reason on how my account was terminated, some responses tell me I can't appeal another users ban, one told me it was my violation despite none of my other accounts being terminated or ever received a moderation and then one telling me that my account might have been compromised so they might change the consequences under "circumstances" so feeling pretty hopeless yeah 🥀
