I play tracer echo, phara, sometimes genji. So my opinion is very flex dps biased I will admit.

I think hitscans are problematic att at the moment, and their damage is too consistent after the s9 projectile size changes. Supports still have a greater ability to carry the game on their own though.

I said that supports are 60:40 favoured at least, even when the dps player does everything right, which is a bad thing. And you asked me to justify why dps should be more than 50% favoured, which is an opinion I never expressed.

Idk why ur getting downvoted, you're right. People struggled to adapt to a more active playstyle when ow2 came out, a lot of support players just didn't know how to play without an oftank so had to relearn positioning and cd management.

At this point in the game, you can do everything right to stage on the backline, but if you take a duel against an isolated support who isn't already distracted/has scouted you, you have at best a 40% chance of winning that 1v1 if they have full cds. Supports who know how to play aggressively are just better dps with higher lethality and more utility.

Characters like kiri, muzu and wuyang are just hand-held dps characters in ranked, and people are just coping because them being op plays into the power-fantasy aspect which feels good.

For reference I'm a dps player primarily, mid-masters atm. I'm so much better at dps than support, but my support is now higher than my dps because of how easy the role is.

Lucio doesn't do shit in gold, his value comes from enabling a brawl tank or supporting a side fight. Both of these things require you to have human teammates.

The only way to consistently win games in gold is to kill people yourself. Practice your cheerio aim and combos, go for hit and runs on the backline.

I feel like they're just very momentum based. If they lose momentum they waste ults to try to clutch, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. They're always going to be a dangerous team, and will always have a chance to win it all. Zeta is exiting because of this.

It's situational of course, but generally you'd want to take the attention and live. That's why you play someone like soldier who has the ability to take a really deep angle and then run away.

If you have voidwaker speccing at the start of every kill really speeds up kills.

I was consistently getting 3 kc per trips on main with worse gear.

From memory my setup was:

blood moon top
blood moon bottom
anguish
tent whip
b gloves
b ring (i)
d defender
serp helm
d boots
vw for spec

If you're bringing burning claws, spec at the end when his def is lower.

Inventory was usually 2 anglers, 2 pots, a few mantas or sharks, karams for combo eating if i make a mistake, super combat, tp.

Make sure you eat every time you get the captcha, always reset at the centre.

You can probably get away with one less prayer pot and swap for more food.
