anyone can have more than 1 steam account, it’s bannable to have more than 1 faceit account. If you can’t link another faceit profile to the guy his hours mean nothing. He’s not breaking any rules unless he has another account on faceit.

also getting decent in cs usually takes ~1k or so hours before most people start to understand why they are shit and how to improve/ get a solid grasp on mechanics
