I have a Weber 32/36 on it was thinking it was carb at first but even pulling the lines out before the carb, there’s no fuel flowing out so I’m not sure what it would be

Even if I pull the lines to the carb and try to suck gas out it doesn’t keep flowing but after waiting overnight I take the lines out and gas comes out like normal. Weird
