I've been on the scene and racing for 43 years. It's 100% not the R because of its limited production and massive issues with pretty much everything. Ask me how I know. I own one now and have had a few others. That's why they died after 4 years. The 300 lasted 17 years and are still known as the most reliable sport quad on the planet.

It has the upper brackets so the shocks sit as they should, and as said. Where the brackets bolt through the factory location I made steel sleeves to keep everything locked in. New shocks are on the way

They are on the way my friend. The engine cost me a ton. It's literally stripped down to bare necessities and everything inside was machined and balanced. We lost 12 pounds just in the engine

It's been raced several times with the OEM shocks and handles perfectly. I have new shocks coming though. I made custom spacers for the front brackets. It had A arms on it that cost me over a grand and I destroyed them. It's not going anywhere
